"We are so glad we stuck with State Farm Insurance after making a switch from another company. You do not realize who you go with matters until something happens. My husband got into a hit-and-run accident in a parking garage while at work. We expected a painful dealing but honestly it was the smoothest experience we ever had. From beginning to problems (reporting the incident, taking car into shop, getting a car rental, returning and completing). We paid the deductible but we were so glad that they actually got it refunded to us later with a check in the mail. Lisa and her staff know what they're doing and we felt taken care of. Now we tell our friends and family to go with them if they can. We have peace of mind with people we can trust and build a relationship with. They helped bundle our insurance with our auto and found ways to save us more money too. I definitely recommend. They're one of the better ones out there."

"I was in an accident that nearly killed me, due to severe spinal cord injury. I was paying for what I believed was the highest coverage. Lisa Leung and her associates lied about my coverage and coverage policies and how they worked. I would stay away from these people. Even though they didn't follow company policy and procedures per State Farm, State Farm was still obligated to protect her. Lisa Leung even yelled at me after my accident instead of asking if I was okay, and said you deserve what you get and what you pay for. $20-40 difference in coverage, over the max coverage, was what I was told by another State Farm Agent. This person is a .... monster. No words can describe this agent."
